I freaking loved Budapest. I saw a group of British guys in matching “Groom’s Last Ride” shirts trying to order shots with Google Translate, and it clicked in my mind - oh my gosh, this is perfect destination for. a Hen party. This city is Bachelorette gold.

Dudes on bachelor/stag parties are everywhere, the drinks are cheap, they party hard, and city is gorgeous, it's famous for spa culture, and they have a river to do a boat day.

Here’s why Budapest is the moment for your next girls’ trip:

🛁 Thermal baths + champagne = cultural spa day. The day after partying, spend the day at Széchenyi Baths sipping bubbly and people-watching in a bikini. It’s an instituion, and huge with several saunas, and pools.

✨ Bachelor parties everywhere = built-in crew. The city is crawling with stag parties. Free drinks, dance floor energy, and constant entertainment.

🎶 Rooftop Brunch and ruin bars = classy and messy options.

You have classy options like rooftop brunch at SOLID Rooftop, live jazz at Jedermann, and you have to go to the famous, multiple story-ruin bar Szimpla Kert.

Budapest lets you do both and have it all.

🎭 Has Cultural Activities Galore. Go to the opera.

💸 Your wallet will thank you. Split an apartment with your girls and live like queens for half the cost of Paris or Vegas.

💋 Lastly, there's a penis-themed food built in. Hungary has a chimney cake, or Kürtőskalács in Hungarian, is a traditional sweet, yeast-dough pastry that's wrapped around a cylinder. It literally looks like a penis. Thats one bachelorette activity right there - everyone go get chimney cakes and take pictures with them.

That's good clean fun.
